The Root Cause Remediation module explains how root cause remediation and root cause analysis work in tandem. Once the cause of an issue has been identified through analysis, remedial activities begin to address the problems discovered, whilst analysis continues.
The module gives a detailed example of how a typical root cause remediation process takes place.
